All details you provide to us to order or purchase our products, must be true, accurate, current and complete.
The credit or debit card you use must be your own, and there must be sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

Your order
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We will confirm your order with an automated email to the email address supplied with your order details.
You must check all the details on this confirmation email and contact prior to dispatching your order if any details are incorrect.

Delivery times are not guarantees. Whilst we try our hardest to ensure your delivery is as quick as possible, delays can sometimes occur which are outside our control.
Security
All payments are handled through a third party system called PayPal which is fully encrypted. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with us as PayPal will securely process payments from all the major credit and debit cards.
Liability
You agree that if you break these terms and conditions, or if any liability arises from the way you use this website, you will be responsible for the cost of any damage that we suffer as a result. This may include our reasonable legal fees. We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions on our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products at any time and without notice. If an error is discovered in the price of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you order an item and the price published on this site is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and that your order has been cancelled. We will tell you the correct price and you may re-order it if you wish. We have taken every measure to provide accurate images for all products on our site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, the colours on your screen should be used as a guide only and we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
